    Integrated automation of OSS systems for PJSC «Rostelecom»: managing the execution of orders in the Center Macro-regional Branche, Rostelecom’s Far East Macroregional Division and Rostelecom’s Siberia Macroregional Division.

    Development of the system for analysis and processing of spatial-graphic data.

    Complex automation of OSS Rostelecom’s Siberia Macroregional Division (11 branches).

    Developed and integrated an electronic system of records for medical institutions in Novosibirsk.

    We started working on implementing OSS for Center Macro-regional Branch of PJSC Rostelecom (16 branches).

    Automation of «Dalsvyaz» (6 branches) in Nizhny Novgorod branch of OJSC «VolgaTelecom».

  • 2006

    GIS «Connect» was integrated in Khakassia and Buryatia branches of OJSC «Sibirtelecom».

  • 2005

    GIS «Connect» was integrated in Tambov city Telecom supply.

  • 2004

    We started a complex integration of GIS «Connect» in Saint Petersburg, Primorsky branch of OJSC «Dalsvyaz».

  • 2003

    We released two more runs of DoubleGIS. Now we proved the monetization model and started monetizing the product with advertising. Technograd Plus started sponsoring local events for small business and took part in the Sib Advertising exhibition where received a gold medal DoubleGIS.

  • 2002

    GIS «Connect» continued its journey and was implemented in JSC «Telecommunication» Kaluga Region cities Borovsk, Zhukov, Maloyaroslavets Obninsk and Lipetsk branch of OJSC «CenterTelecom». We released the second run of DoubleGIS in 15 000 copies to distribute it mainly among local companies and try b2b model. Technorgad Plus got several awards for DoubleGIS this year for remarkable growth and innovative approach.

  • 2001

    GIS «Connect» was implemented in two more cities, now in the central part of Russia, Kaluga and Samara. DoubleGIS got a new user friendly interface introduced search option opened the new market for the catalogue, later this year the company got government award as a best and fast developing small business.

  • 1999-2000

    GIS «Connect» was implemented in three more cities. The digital catalogue supplied with the map got its official title DoubleGIS, we finalized the concept realizing the need of end-user to access information on institutions and companies easily on the map, find-locate-and-call concept started working.

  • 1998

    Accumulated knowledge in GIS systems opened a new market and we started implementing GIS systems for various organizations. Created a first catalogue of building companies and its objects, started distribution of digital copy of Novosibirsk region map in a run of 1000 copies.

  • 1997

    It was a breakthough year. Tecnhograd Plus was officially certified to work with cartographic data. That allowed to get first satellite pictures of the region and we focused on developing in-house map product. The GIS «Connect» product was updated with new cartographic data and powered the work of Novosibirsk GTS with 100 licenses communicating with the software at the same time. Later on GIS «Connect» was integrated in two more GTS in cities: Berdsk, Ulan-Ude. We started the development of GIS system for public transportation, the order was placed with the Novosibirsk city administration.

  • 1996

    Developed a set of products to manage technical records for four telephone exchanges Novosibirsk GTS. When working on the product our team found issues with connections visualization on the maps and we decided to start working on in-house GIS map solution.

  • 1994-95

    Technograd plus officially started its business in telecom industry and solved a new challenge visualizing cable communications for Novosibirsk GTS. The work started with transforming paper schemes of commutations into digital software. Since this year the company started visiting local industry events to share and exchange knowledge.

  • 1991-93

    A team of Technograd Plus founders joined to start working on the first product CAD to design the topology of chips. It was an innovative science-driven project that open the doors to big business. The next big project came a year later and we started working on automation of the famous Russian railway West-Siberian railway with an electricity supply management system . This system combined the railway and electrical supply network data, visualized it and provided a set of feature to easy the work of engineers switching between detailed and general schemes.
